Welcome to Our Record Book Company (hereinafter referred to as "ORBC"). By using our services, participating in our events, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Form Completion:
- The form must be accurately and completely filled out. Incomplete or unclear documentation may result in rejection of the record claim.

Additional Details:
- If additional information is required, it should be provided on a separate sheet of paper and attached with the application form.

Rules and Regulations:
- Participants must adhere strictly to the Record Specific Rules and Regulations provided by the ORBC team.

Safety and Ethics:
- ORBC does not endorse or accept record attempts that pose risks to property, health, morality, or general well-being of individuals, organizations, or society. Similarly, records or attempts should not cause harm to animals.

Approval Process:
- The approval or disapproval of any record attempt and certification is at the sole discretion of the ORBC team.
- Certification may take 20-30 days from the date of receipt of all required claim documents and evidence. Failure to provide necessary documents may lead to rejection of the claim.

Presence of ORBC Team:
- A member of the ORBC team is not required to be present during the record attempt. However, the authenticity of the record must be ensured through adjudicators or witnesses present at the location.

Witnesses:
- At least two witnesses must be present during the record attempt.
- Detailed information about all witnesses must be included with the claim documents, and all documents should be signed by the witnesses.

Ownership of Materials:
- All materials, documents, and evidence submitted to ORBC become the property of ORBC upon submission of the record claim.
- ORBC is not obligated to return any submitted materials or evidence to the attempter or organization.

Submission Methods:
- Record claim materials should be submitted via email to info@ourrecordbookcompany.com or posted to the ORBC office address.
- The submission should clearly mention the Claim ID, applicant`s name, address, and contact details.

Evidence Requirements:
- Evidence includes a comprehensive cover letter, participant details, completed witness forms, logbooks, video footage, high-quality digital photographs, and media coverage items (audio/video/print/electronic), such as newspaper clippings or news URLs.

Preferred Submission:
- While online claims and registrations are preferred, ORBC also accepts physical document submissions at their office address.
By participating in ORBC events or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with participation or use of our services.
